Cancellation Policy

Hotel reservation cancellation policies differ from hotel to hotel but are generally between 24 and 48 hours before your scheduled check-in. To be safe, we recommend canceling 72 to 96 hours prior to your check-in if you cancel with MeetingTime Travel, special events have different cancellations timelines. If you select a hotel using one of our internet partners Hotels.com or Expedia.com you will need to contact them directly for any cancellations or reservation changes at 1-800-916-1084. Some resorts and hotels have cancellation polices that differ from what is stated above. These policies will be listed clearly on the hotel description page for your review Hotels.com and Expedia.com. If you need to cancel your hotel rooms after hours or when our offices are closed, please call your chosen hotel directly to avoid any NO-SHOW charges.
